The 2018 Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid has a 1.5L I4, an electric motor with 181hp (135kW) and 232 lb-ft (315Nm), 17kWh battery, and EV range of 42mi (68km).
The 2017 Honda Clarity Electric has an electric motor with 120kW (161hp) and 221 lb-ft (300Nm), a 25.5kWh battery, and 80mi range. Only for California and Oregon.
The Honda Clarity Fuel Cell has a 100kW (134hp) electric motor, hydrogen tanks, hydrogen fuel cell, and an EPA range of 366mi (589km).
The 2017 Honda Clarity fuel cell sedan has been given a range of rating of 366mi (589km) by the EPA, besting every ZEV car currently available.
The Honda FCX Clarity is a lease-only boldly styled sedan with a 100kW electric motor powered by a hydrogen fuel cell stack with a range of 240mi (390km).
The Honda Clarity Fuel Cell car made its debut at the 2015 Tokyo show with a 130kW (174hp) motor, 700km (435mi) range and improved hydrogen fuel cell.
The follow up to the FCX Clarity, the 2016 Honda Clarity is all new and has a 100kW hydrogen fuel cell stack. Available for lease in Japan from March 2016.
