In a suprise to noone, the 3L twin-turbo mild hybrid I6 powertrain from the GLE53 will also be available in the 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLE53 Coupe.
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe has a sportier rear end, less trunk space, and a 60mm (2.4″) shorter wheelbase than the GLE SUV.
The 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLE53 4Matic+ Coupe has a 3L twin-turbo I6 with 320kW (429hp) and 520Nm (384 lb-ft), and mild hybrid with short boost of 16kW (21hp).
The 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe has a faster roof line, and at launch will be available as the GLE350d, GLE400d, and AMG GLE53.
