Pricing for the Fiat 124 Spider, and the Abarth, has been released in the US, and it’s surprisingly close to that of the Mazda MX-5 Miata it’s based on.
The Abarth 124 Rally prototype has a eye catching graphics, a hardtop, and a larger, more powerful 1.8-liter turbo with around 300hp (224kW).
The Abarth 124 Spider uses the same 1.4-liter as the Fiat, but has a more power 170hp (127kW), but the same torque 184lb-ft (250Nm).
The 2016 Fiat 124 Spider is based on the ND Mazda MX-5, but has been fitted with new front and rear end styling, and Fiat’s 1.4-liter turbocharged engine.
