The Nissan GT-R50 celebrates the brand’s 50th birthday, and is designed by Nissan, but developed, engineered and built by Italdesign in Italy.
Based on the 2018 Nissan GT-R Nismo, the GT-R50 has a distinctive gold element around the rear windscreen, on the trunk, hood vents, front fender vents, and grille.
It also has new LED headlamps that stretch into the grille area, and power bulges on the hood. The roof has been lowered 54mm (2.1″), and has a lowered center section and raised wings.
There’s also taller front fender vents, new floating round taillamps, a longer rear window line, a new shoulder line, an adjustable rear wing, custom 21″ wheels, and a redesigned interior with new steering wheel, dashboard, and lots of Alcantara.
The Nismo tuned 3.8L twin turbo V6 engine makes an estimated 530kW (710hp) at 7,100rpm, and 780Nm (575 lb-ft) between 3,600 and 5,600rpm. Attesa E-TS AWD, a 6-speed dual clutch transmission, Bilstein DampTronic suspension is fitted.
As are Brembo brakes (390mm front, 380mm rear), and Michelin Pilot Super Sport (255/35 front, 285,30 rear) tires.
