The Cadillac CTS-V coupe will sign off with a limited run of MY2015 units before a new V-Series performance car debuts next year.
Priced at US$72,195, inclusive of a US$995 destination charge and the US$1,300 gas guzzler tax, the MY2015 Cadillac CTS-V coupe will be available in the second half of 2014.
Under the hood there’s the same 6.2-litre supercharged V8 engine kicking out 556hp (415kW) of power and 551 lb-ft (747 Nm) of torque to the rear wheels. Standard carry-over features include magnetic ride control suspension and Brembo brakes.
Marking out the MY2015 CTS-V coupe from earlier editions are new wood highlights, red stitching for the black leather interior, Recaro seats, metal pedals, microfibre suede coverings for the steering wheel and shift knob, darkened grille and alloy wheels, and red brake calipers. The only options available to customers are the sunroof (US$700) and colour (black, white or grey).
