A made-in-Australia replacement for the long-lived Magna and Verada range, the 2005 to 2008 Mitsubishi 380 was based on PS platform Galant primarily made in the US. Not the success that its makers hoped it would be, it sounded the death knell for Mitsubishi’s local manufacturing operations.
