According to Kia, the KX3 is a small SUV concept car targeted at China, but with its professional styling, good looks and ever growing market niche, the concept looks ready to take other more mature markets too.
The KX3 is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine hooked up to an all-wheel drive system and a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The company promises 5-star C-NCAP safety and all the requisite in-car technology.
Although the company has laid out a lot of details about the car, including dimensions, powertain and safety ratings, it “has yet to confirm whether the KX3 concept will be put into production” — although that sounds more like a tease than anything else.
