Infiniti will withdraw from the Australian market by the end of 2020, leaving the brand to concentrate on America, China and the Middle East.
Earlier this year the brand killed the Q30 and QX30 (based on the Mercedes-Benz A-Class), and announced it would leave Europe in 2020.
Infiniti has sold only a few thousand cars since it launched in Australia in 2012. It is well behind Lexus, not to mention Mercedes-Benz, Audi and BMW.
The brand will concentrate on its volume markets of North America, the Middle East and China, and is developing a new electrified vehicle platform.
