According to Honda, the letters BR-V stand for Bold Recreation Vehicle.
Given that it sits under the CR-V, the BR-V also fits alphabetically. Although for that thinking to work fully, you’ll have to ignore the Jazz/Fit-based HR-V. Hmmm.
