Production of the 2021 Polestar 2 has begun in Luqiao, China. The electric liftback will be available in Europe first, and then China and the US.
Based on the Volvo XC40, it has an electric powertrain with 300kW (402hp) and 660Nm (487 lb-ft), AWD, 470km (292mi) WLTP range, 78kWh battery pack, and an Android powered infotainment system with built in Google Maps and Play Store.
