The fourth generation (XV20) Toyota Camry was sold in the US between 1996 and 2001 as a sedan only, with a choice of a 2.4-liter I4 or 3-liter V6.
Given its sleekest body yet, this generation Camry suffered a “decontented” interior thanks to the sharply rising yen.
