Ford has filed trademark applications for the Transit Courier and Courier names in the US hinting that its smallest van may be coming Stateside.
The Truth About Cars has spotted the recent trademark filings, which hint at the introduction of the small Fiesta/B-Max based van coming to the US. The Transit Courier is built in Turkey, and sold in cargo and passenger versions, the latter branded as the Tourneo Courier.
The Transit Courier has two front doors, and a sliding passenger side rear door, and a tailgate.
Now obviously not all trademark applications are indications that the are particular car or name is coming to the US, but it hints in that direction.
