Production of both the Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ sedans have ended in Mexico, where the factory is now preparing for the Bronco Sport.
Once supply of the Fusion runs out, Ford will no longer have any sedans available in the US or Canada.
Lincoln will continue making the Continental until the end of 2020. The Conti will be the last Lincoln sedan.
In 2018, Ford decided to stop the production and sales of sedans, wagons and hatches in the US and Canada as buyers were moving en masse to SUVs with bigger profit margins.
Ford continues to sell hatches and wagons in Europe, and sedans in China.
