If the new BMW M3 and M4 are bit too big and too sterile for you, the new pumped up, flared out BMW M2 might be more your thing.
Under the hood there’s a 3-liter turbocharged I6 engine with 370hp (272kW) and 343 lb-ft (465Nm), with 369 lb-ft (500Nm) available on overboost. Power goes to the rear wheels via either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT.
The DCT is good for a 0 to 100km/h time of 4.3s, and the manual can do it in 4.5s. Both drivetrains are limited to a top speed of 155mph (250km/h) or 168mph (270km/h) with the M Driver’s Package.
There’s flare front and rear wheel arches, 19-inch alloy wheels, a sports exhaust, Active M Differential, M compound brakes and M Dynamic Mode.
