Cupra, the sports brand launched by Seat earlier this year, is planning to unleash 7 models on the market by 2021, although some may not be completely new.
Antonio Labate, head of strategy for Cupra, told Periodismodel Motor one model may be a limited edition version of the Cupra Ateca SUV.
The next model in the Cupra range will be a version of the Leon hatch, followed by the Tarraco and Arona. Not every model in the Seat range will get a Cupra version.
Most Cupra cars will use a version of the 2L turbo I4 from the Ateca, and all will feature the company’s bronze badges.
