The BMW 2002 Hommage concept has been updated for the 2016 Monterey Car Week with a new paint job and Turbomeister racing livery.
If the Turbomeister livery looks familiar yet somehow different, it should. The font and logo design are almost like the old 2002’s Jagermeister design, but modified to be used without approval by BMW.
Aside from the new paint scheme, the BMW 2002 Hommage is unchanged from the concept car that debuted at Villa d’Este earlier this year.
So, under the body that’s a modern take on the 2002 coupe, the Hommage is a BMW M2 coupe with flared arches, and completely redesigned front and rear ends.
