Since 2013, Subaru has been using the Viziv name for a series of concept crossover cars, but what does the name Viziv mean, if anything?
According to Subaru, the Viziv name comes from the phrase “Vision for Innovation”. Given the use of the z, though, we guess that should be spelt “Vizion for Innovation”.
So far concept cars to have worn the Viziv name include the original Viziv from the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the Viziv Evolution at that year’s Tokyo Motor Show, the Viziv 2 from the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, and the Viziv Future concept (above) from the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show.
