The facelifted XV60 Lexus ES sedan will sport a more radical looking headlight and grille design when it debuts at the Shanghai Auto Show later this month.
The new headlights feature two small projector units underscored by an L-shaped band of LED driving lights. The new look, complete with a more aggressive take on the current ES’ spindle grille, will bring the brand’s large front-wheel drive sedan more into line with the edgier IS, NX and RX models.
According to Lexus, the facelifted car “maintains its classical elegance while conveying a more dynamic experience and luxurious craftsmanship”.
Expect to see the updated Lexus ES on sale in the US later this year.
