Buick has updated its Opel Astra-based Verano sedan for the 2015 model year.
The manual option has been dropped from the Buick Verano Turbo, due to low uptake in the market. To compensate for this 4G LTE connectivity and a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot has been added the standard equipment list through the entire range.
Included as part of the package is a three month trial subscription to OnStar’s 4G LTE connectivity package; the trial package includes three gigabytes of data.
The MY2015 Verano will be available in trim levels: standard (1SD), Convenience (1SG), Leather (1SL) and Turbo (1ST).
The Convenience (1SG) includes heated wing mirrors, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision detection, lane departure warning.
Top-shelf models include push button start, proximity entry key, dual-zone climate control, 6-way adjustable power driver’s seat, leather steering wheel with heating, electronic parking brake, heated leather seats up front and one-touch electric windows.
