The Jaguar F-Type is become more expensive and more premium, but who really wants an I4 F-Type anyway?
Not enough people. For the 2022 model year, the V6 and I4 have been dropped from the US range. That means the entry level price is now US$8,000 higher than before.
The new entry model is the P450 with a 5L supercharged V8 with 444hp (331kW) and 428 lb-ft (580Nm). It’s available in either RWD or AWD, and both versions can do 0-60mph in 4.4s and have a top speed of 177mph (285km/h).
At the top of the smaller range is the F-Type R, which was also has a 5L supercharged V8, but one that makes 575hp (429kW).
