The Nissan 370Z Roadster will be dropped from the company’s US range from the end of the 2019 model year, with the company focusing on the coupe instead.
Kyle Torrens, a Nissan US spokesman, told Motor Authority Nissan “will not offer the Roadster variant for the current-generation Z beginning with model year 2020.”
The Z34 370Z Roadster made its debut in 2009, and went on sale in the US as a 2010 model year car.
Nissan has yet to confirm it will replace the current 370Z, only saying the model is “very important” to the brand.
The standard 370Z Roadster and coupe both have a 3.7L V6 making 332hp (248kW) and 270 lb-ft (366Nm).
