The 2020 Mercedes-AMG GLE53 4Matic+ has a 3L twin-turbo I6 with an electric compressor and a small electric booster built into the 9-speed auto.
The engine itself makes 320kW (435hp) at 6,100rpm and 520Nm (384 lb-ft) between 1,800 and 5,800rpm, while the EQ Boost electric motor can add 16kW (21hp) and 250Nm (184 lb-ft).
The GLE53 has a 0-100km/h time of 5.3s and an electronically limited speed of 250km/h (155mph).
Standard features include air suspension, active dampers, and pneumatic self-levelling that lowers the car by 15mm (0.6″) when its going at speeds over 120km/h (74mph).
