Made in Australia, the Toyota Hilux Tonka concept has improved offroading ability, and a black and yellow body just like the small toy cars.
The Toyota Hilux Tonka concept has heavy duty suspension, high riding axle, ride height has been raised 150mm (5.9 inches), 35-inch tires, 6mm (0.24 inches) thick alloy bash plate, tubular side rails for better body and chassis protection, and a new carbonfiber wrapped tailgate with spoiler.
A removable tubular frame in the cargo area stores the diesel fuel cans and recovery gear storage boxes. The car also has a fire extinguisher, ax, shovel, off road LED lights, and a high-lift jack.
The Toyota Hilux Tonka concept is based on double cab SR5, and has a powerful 2.8-liter 4-cylinder turbo-diesel engine.
