Following on from the Fiat 500 facelift, the Abarth 595 has been updated with revised looks and a more powerful 1.4-liter turbo 4-cylinder gas engine.
Like the 500, the Abarth 595 has updated front and rear bumpers, lights, and taillamps.
The facelifted Abarth 595 comes in three trim levels: 595, 595 Turismo and 595 Competitizione. All are powered by more powerful versions of the 1.4-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder T-jet gas engine.
The base 595 has a 145hp (108kW) and 152 lb-ft (206Nm), the 595 Turismo gains a Garrett turbine and has 165hp (123kW) and 170 lb-ft (230Nm).
The 595 Competitizione has 180hp (134kW) and can do 0-100km/h in 6.7 seconds. It also has Brembo brakes, a Record Monza dual mode exhaust.
All Abarth 595 models are fitted with a 5-speed manual as standard, or an optional robotized sequential manual transmission. There’s also a standard 5-inch Uconnect infotainment system, although a 7-inch screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility are optional extras.
