Genesis launched in 2015 with two sedans when the world was crazy for SUVs, that’s being fixed now with GV80 and the new entry level GV70.
The GV70 (and the rest of the Genesis range) use a RWD platform, but will be available with AWD. It will be sized and priced against the Mercedes-Benz GLC and BMW X3.
Without the brand recognition of the German brands, the Genesis will have bold (but not too bold) styling and a stunning interior.
Powertrain will probably include a 2.5L turbo I4 with around 300hp (225kW) and twin-turbocharged V6 engines with around 400hp (300kW).
