Based on the new GA-F platform that will be used by the new Tundra, the Toyota Land Cruiser remakes the legendary offroader.
The 5.7L V8 gas and 4.5L turbo-diesel V8 in the 200-Series are replaced by new twin-turbo V6 gas and diesel engines.
There’s a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 with 305kW (409hp) and 650Nm (479 lb-ft), and a 3.3L twin-turbo V6 diesel with 227kW (304hp) and a maximum torque of 700Nm (516 lb-ft)
There’s a trick new E-KDDS suspension system that can disconnect the antiroll bars, and a GR Sport edition that improves offroad performance every further.
The Land Cruiser will be sold in the Middle East, Japan, Australia, but not Europe or the US. The US will get a version of the Land Cruiser in the guise of the next generation Lexus LX.
