Toyota has a new SUV to slot in below the C-HR, the 2020 Raize, but the new model is (so far) only available in Japan and developing markets in Asia.
The new Raize is a Daihatsu Rocky with a new front fascia, which has a different grille and vents. Everything else, except the badges, is the same.
Based on the new DNGA (Daihatsu New Global Architecture), a derivative of Toyota’s TNGA, the small Raize is under 4m (157.5″) long and has a 1L turbo I3. FWD and a CVT is standard, and AWD is optional.
Available features include 17″ wheels, adaptive cruise control, and an infotainment system with Apple CarPlay.
