The Type 992 Porsche 911 has a new hero model (for now), the Turbo S. Coke bottle styling, crazy 3.8L twin-turbo boxer six, it’s got it all except a manual.
Those are reserved for the truly hardcore 911 models that haven’t been revealed yet.
Behind the rear axle is a 3.8 twin-turbo H6 with 478kW (641hp) and 800Nm (590 lb-ft). An 8-speed PDK and AWD are standard.
The new 911 Turbo S has a 0-100km/h of 2.7s, or 0.2s faster than the old model.
Top speed is 330km/h (205mph), and 0-200km/h needs 8.2s (1s quicker than the old model).
Standard features include 10mm lower suspension, automatic extending front spoiler, black rectangular tailpipes, and LED matrix headlamps.
It rides on 20″ front wheels with 255/35 tires, and 21″ rear wheels with 315/30 tires.
