The 2020 Honda E is a small electric hatch that’s both retro and modern, and will go on sale from 2020 in Europe, but it’s not coming to America.
In Europe the Honda E will be available with two powertrain choices: a base 100kW (134hp) model or a more powerful 113kW (152hp) version.
Both versions have 315Nm (232 lb-ft), and the motor is on the rear axle powering the rear wheels. They also feature a 35.5kWh battery good for a WLTP range of 220km (137mi).
The 0-100km/h time is around 8s, and with a fast charger the battery can be filled to 80% in 30 minutes.
The interior has large touchscreens, and a personal assistant that responds to the keyphrase “OK Honda”.
