The 2017 Mercedes-AMG GT Concept fastback sedan previews AMG’s third full independent model after the SLS and GT coupe/roadster, and goes on sale in 2019.
The Mercedes-AMG GT Concept has a hybrid powertrain with a V8 motor and electric motor with a total of 600kW (805hp), and a 0 to 100km/h time of under 3 seconds.
The GT Concept has a scalable battery system that’s recharged via brake energy recuperation and the V8 motor.
The Concept has carbonfiber spoilers, diffuser and sill panels, carbon ceramic brakes, LED lights, AWD, and torque vectoring.
