Auto Guide has discovered that Lexus has trademarked the LC F name and logo in the US, after it had earlier found a trademark filing in Europe.
The trademark filings show that Lexus is probably planning a performance version of the beautiful LC coupe. No official yet on the LC F, but Auto Guide says that it might have a twin turbo V8 with around 600hp (447kW), and make its debut some time in 2018.
The LC F will join the GS F and RC F as the company’s performance models.
