The new 2018 Ford Expedition looks modern, while the old U324 looks dated even after its 2015 facelift. The new Expedition also has aluminum body panels, so weight is down around 300 lb (136kg).

Both the old and new Expeditions have eight seats in a 2+3+3 layout. Like the 2015-17 Expedition, the new 2018 Expedition is only available with a 3.5-liter turbo (EcoBoost) V6.
