We get the Hyundai i30 hatch as the Elantra GT, but the i30 Tourer won’t be coming to the US as the Elantra wagon, as that niche is just too small.
In Europe, the Hyundai i30 Tourer has a longer rear overhang than the hatch. It has more trunk space, up 207L to 602L with the rear seats up, and up 349L to 1,650L with the rear seats down.
There’s one 1.6-liter turbo-diesel 4-cylinder with 81kW (109hp), and two turbocharged gas engines: a 1-liter 3-cylinder with 88kW (118hp), and a 1.4-liter 4-cylinder with 103kW (138hp).
Made in the Czech Republic, the i30 Tourer is available with autonomous emergency braking, smart cruise control, blind spot monitoring, lane keeping assist, road sign recognition, and automatic high beams.
