The DS 7 Crossback is a range topping SUV in the brand’s expanding range, and has a high grade interior with two 12-inch screens, and lovely 3D taillamps.
In 2019, the DS 7 Crossback will gain a plug-in hybrid model (the DS 7 Crossback E-Tense PHEV) with AWD and a total of 300hp (224kW).
The PHEV has a 200hp (149kW) gas engine, and two 109hp (80kW) electric motors (one for the front and one for the rear). An 8-speed auto is connected to the gas engine and the front electric motor.
The 13kWh battery under the second row gives an EV range of up to 37mi (60km).
Before the E-Tense PHEV arrives, the DS 7 Crossback will have three gas engines: THP 225 and THP 180 with an 8-speed auto, and a PureTech 130 with a 6-speed manual.
The DS 7 will also have two diesel engines: BlueHDi 130 with of a 6-speed manual or 8-speed auto, and a BlueHDi 180 with an 8-speed auto.
All engines have automatic engine stop/start.
