The third generation Honda Pilot SUV has been leaked a day ahead of its unveiling in Chicago.
The new Honda Pilot features a less boxy and utilitarian design before, and is clearly a less wilfully dull. Up front, with the way the grille’s chrome bars blend into the headlights, there’s a familial connection to the smaller CR-V.
Like previous Pilots, the new Pilot is available in 7- and 8-seat configurations with a 2-2-3 and 2-3-3 seating, respectively.
In the centre tunnel, there’s a new three-button, one-lever set of controls for the automatic transmission. A foot operated parking brake seems to be a feature of the new model too.
