The new Audi Q2 is the brand’s smallest SUV yet, and it heralds a new design era in which Audis aren’t churned out from one sausage machine.
The Q2 will be offered with three gas and three diesel engine options. The most powerful of each features Quattro AWD as standard, and the mid-spec models have it as an option.
Available tech includes a 12.3-inch instrument display, heads-up display, Wi-Fi hotspot, autonomous emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, lane keeping assistance, automated parking, adaptive cruise control, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, LED headlights and taillights, satellite navigation, and a 705W 14-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Buyers can customize the color of the offset blades C-pillar inserts.
The Audi Q2 goes on sale in Europe from the fall of 2016. Order books open mid-year.
